   Additional shipping discounts for other classes or types of domestic and international shipments. No extra handling charges. Same day shipping for most products.



3. 14 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If, within 14 days, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return it to us for a no-hassle exchange or refund.



4. All SALCO Staplers carry a 90-day warranty from the date of invoice against defects in materials or workmanship. Simply return the machine to us; and we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. In addition, some Salco tools carry extended Salco warranties against defects in material or workmanship. Please see individual item for applicable warranty.



5. We provide repair estimates Free of charge for tools bought from us. Due to repair volume Salco reserves the right  to decline to service tools that have not been purchased from us. Our regular Service Department labor rate is $65.00 per hour.  However, technical assistance is free of charge; and in many cases we can solve the difficulty on the phone.



6. The $50 minimum parts order requirement is waived for Salco tool customers.



7. Outside the applicable warranty periods, if the cost of service or repair to a tool originally purchased from us is not economic, Salco offers a tool replacement program. Please call as prices varies per tool.
