JK Plier Staplers (Air)

Heavy duty plier staple gun JK 20T for assembling cartons and containers with the following features:

recessed ends

full telescope

double ends

tube end

pallet lids and bottoms

corrugated trays and baskets

fibre-drums

Although it can be used for many packaging applications, this plier stapler is mainly used with corrugated boxes.

JK20T-777L

Lightweight air plier stapler JK 20T-777L is designed for heavy duty use featuring a wide mouth opening, deep throat, easy quick load utilizing 12 mm (1/2") crown "wide ribbon" staples in three separate leg lengths.

JK20T-779L

The JK 20T-779L plier stapler is also designed for heavy duty use. This plier stapler will stand up to heavy production with its self-contained staple drive and clinch. The JK20T-779L has four available leg lengths.

The plier is primarily intended for stapling packaging, bags and various types of sheeting but also is ideally suited to such applications as industrial stapling and splicing of different materials.

JK20T-64L

As with the other JK20T plier staplers, the JK20T-64L was designed for heavy production. It uses fine wire staples (0.19" x 0.049" flat wire) with 1/2" and 9/16" staple leg length. Stainless Steel staples are available for this staple gun.
